Monthly mail are sent via snail mail during the first week of every month and is packed with care and shipped without tracking to preserve the simple, tactile ritual of a surprise arrival.

Nope! Each letter is sent through Royal Mail with a postage stamp, so there’s no tracking. That’s part of the charm! It's a little surprise every month when it arrives!

When do I receive my happy mail?

Whatever month you sign up in, your first mail will be the following month.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account portal using the same email address you signed up with. Just keep in mind that once your payment for the month has been processed, you’ll still receive that month’s mail, and your cancellation will take effect starting the next billing cycle.
